The strata management industry continues to lead the property services industry as it has proven extremely resilient during the global downturn with nearly 90% of all managers, nationally, reporting positive revenue growth during the GFC. From our perspective, 100% of MBCM franchisees have enjoyed revenue growth for many years with no signs of this changing. Such is the success of our model, we are almost 100% "home grown" with most franchisees having acquired their franchise from a family member or a friend.

Who should apply for a MBCM franchise?
We believe that our franchisees and their staff are our greatest asset and are the pipeline through which the MBCM brand will pass to the final consumer. Consequently, we are looking for "hands on" motivated individuals who aspire to own and operate efficient, effective and profitable strata management businesses.

Selection Process
You don't need a background in Owners Corporation Management to become an MBCM Franchisee, but you do need to demonstrate a successful record in running a business or leading a team within a corporate environment. And you do need to be prepared to engage in the day- to- day running of your business.

Our experience has shown that it takes a special person to be a successful MBCM franchisee and our selection process is designed to recruit the best franchisees based upon a range of personal qualities, experience and above all, a desire to grow and succeed. Your success as a MBCM franchisee will be underpinned by your:

• Business planning skills and financial acumen

• Personal / Professional presentation (including public speaking)
